Community & Donations

As a locally owned business, TNT Ace Hardware takes pride in giving back to the communities that have helped our company grow into what it is today. We have supported our neighbors over the years through gift card donations, product donations, in-store events and by hosting your organization’s own fundraising initiatives.  

 

Based on our sales, we budget a generous amount to donate to groups and organizations that work to help neighbors in our own communities of Delavan and Waukesha.   Due to the numerous requests we receive each month, we regretfully cannot honor as many as we would like to.  However, We will review ALL donation requests and give each one a fair consideration.

TNT Ace Hardware Corporate Donation Guidelines: 

​

• We give priority to 501(C)(3) and educational organizations.

• We are unable to give to

  • personal fundraisers

  • for-profit organizations

  • 3rd party donation seekers or professional fundraisers.

• We are unable to give cash donations. 

• We can only give one donation to an organization per year.

• Please contact us at least 4 weeks from the date of your event.  Longer lead time may be needed for larger requests, as this may require a budget review.  The sooner you submit your request the better, as we are reviewing some requests 2-3 months out. 

• Donations will be available at selected store for pick-up only.
